Carol's Smile has captured the imagination of a number of celebrities who have offered their support in a variety of ways from signing kit and books for auction through to offering to join Graham on the walk.

Gary Lineker said "I am delighted to be associated with the Charity ‘Carol’s Smile’. It’s work in supporting research into lymphomas and in providing care for cancer sufferers is one which I would encourage others to support. I have been most impressed by the commitment of Graham Harbord Carol’s husband in setting aside over a year to walk around the coast of Britain to raise funds for Carol’s Smile. I wish Graham the very best of luck in completing his mammoth adventure."

Whilst Jonathan Edwards offered the following encouragement "When I first heard about Carol’s Smile I was struck by the tremendous sadness of the death of Carol at the age of 31 but I was equally inspired by the commitment of her husband Graham to act positively to help others in her name. For this reason I have decided to support the work of Carol’s Smile and urge others to do so. Graham’s plans to walk the 5000 miles around Britain’s coast are fantastic and I will follow his progress with great interest."
